Zen Candles & Co. - Returns & Exchange Policy
At Zen Candles & Co., we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items.
1. Order Processing & Delivery
· All orders are processed within 24 hours.
· Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3-7 business days.
· For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at support@zencandles.com as this service is handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Damaged Upon Delivery
Your candle's journey to you should be a peaceful one. If your item arrives damaged:
. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zencandles.com.
· Include a description of the damage and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
· Once approved, we will arrange for the return of the damaged item and process a free replacement, which will be dispatched to you within 5-7 business days. No shipping charges will be applied for the replacement.
3. Exchanges (For Change of Mind)
We are happy to offer an exchange if you are not fully satisfied.
· Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, burned candles cannot be exchanged.
· Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
· Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
· Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, our team will contact you to arrange for the replacement product to be sent out.
· Please Note: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

4. Important Notes
· Refund Policy: We currently do not offer refunds. Our policy is limited to replacements for damaged goods and exchanges for eligible items as described above.
· Non-Receipt of Order: If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us immediately at support@zencandles.com or 0332 2378427 so we can investigate.
